Elect Lorie Robertson for Mayor of Lavaca Experienced leadership. Thoughtful growth. A strong future for the community we love.
Experience matters for a leader who wants to help citizens build Lavaca's future. Let's do it together!
Lovin’ Life in Lavaca is not just a motto, it’s a REAL THING
I truly love living in Lavaca. My husband, Eric, and I have made friends for life and we wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Serving on the Lavaca City Council for the past eight years has helped me become even more passionate about this city and made me want to continue serving our friends and neighbors as mayor.
Lavaca has a lot of strengths and local talent. I believe we should continue to be who we are; a welcoming small town with caring people who support and look out for one another.
The completion of Interstate 49 will certainly bring growth to our rural area in the coming years, and I want to help Lavaca prepare for growth so it doesn’t surprise us or overtake us. To do this, the city must form partnerships among community leaders, business owners, elected officials, and others in our region. Together, we can determine our path and have a positive impact on Lavaca area residents.
I also want to communicate to people outside the 72941 zip code what a great place this is to raise a family and enjoy life in a quiet, peaceful city. Young families, working adults, empty nesters, retirees, veterans and seniors are all very important parts of our fiber and I will work to help everyone feel proud to call Lavaca their hometown.
I appreciate your vote to elect me as mayor of the Great City of Lavaca, Arkansas on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Sincerely,
Lorie L. Robertson
